We are happy to take back any product that does not come up to your expectations, within 30 days of purchase. The only thing we ask is that the product is unworn, unwashed and all the packaging and tags are intact. We reserve the right to refuse the return of items where this is not the case.
Of course, you must try on the product to see if it is suitable for you and we do not consider trying on as worn. Please ensure that knickers/bodysuits/thongs etc are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse the return of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
The exceptions to this are the following items:

Mama Spanx Maternity Tights
We do not accept returns back on these products as they are made from hosiery type material.
Please send your returns to the address below, including the following information:
- Your Full Name and Address
-Your Order Number
-Your reason for the return
-Whether you require a refund or a replacement/exchange.
We recommend you obtain proof of postage for all returns which is available free from the Post Office. This ensures that in the event your item goes missing in the post we can still process your refund. Items that are sent without proof of postage are done so at your own risk.

You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive you return, although usually you will receive it much sooner. We will notify you via a paypal email once your return is completed.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
