Q: How Much Does Postage Cost?

A: Nothing, it is Free. ShapewearOnline.co.uk do not charge for UK postage. This includes all items and is regardless of how many you order.

Q: When will you post out my order?

A: In general, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours Monday - Friday. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. If you have paid by cheque we will not dispatch your goods until we have received your cheque.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Normally 1-3 working days after posting. All items are posted using First Class Royal Mail*. First Class Royal Mail normally only takes 1-3 days to arrive**. However, occasionally it can take a little longer, especially to the outerlying regions of the UK.

Q: What destinations do you post to?

A: UK addresses only. At present, ShapewearOnline.co.uk only posts to UK addresses. For non UK addresses please use our sister site www.TheMagicKnickerShop.co.uk where you will be able to order for overseas delivery.

*Bodysuits and orders over £50 will be sent by First Class Royal Mail recorded delivery.
