Q: How Much Does Postage Cost?
A: Nothing, it is Free. ShapewearOnline.co.uk do not charge for UK postage. This includes all items and is regardless of how many you order.
Q: When will you post out my order?
A: Normally the same day. Orders placed before midday, Monday to Friday, will be posted out the same day, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. Orders placed after midday or outside office hours will be posted out the following working day. If you are paying by cheque, we will post your order out once we receive the cheque through the post, subject to stock availability.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Normally 2-5 working days after posting. All items are posted using First Class Royal Mail*. First Class Royal Mail normally only takes 2-5 days to arrive**. However, occasionally it can take a little longer, especially to the outerlying regions of the UK.
Q: What destinations do you post to?
A: UK addresses only. At present, ShapewearOnline.co.uk only posts to UK addresses. For non UK addresses please use our sister site www.TheMagicKnickerShop.co.uk where you will be able to order for overseas delivery.
*Bodysuits and orders over £50 will be sent by First Class Royal Mail recorded delivery.
